Getting Started
Therapy is a safe, steady space where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s weighing on you, deepen your self-understanding, and move toward healing—at a pace that feels right for you.
Our first session is a gentle beginning. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you may have. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—just a chance to start from where you are.
I support adults navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, life transitions, and inner disconnection—especially those who identify as sensitive, deep-feeling, or high-achieving. If you’re longing to feel more grounded and whole, you’re in the right place.

Yes. What we talk about stays between us, with a few legal exceptions for safety. I’ll walk you through these at our first session so you feel informed and secure.
Rates & Insurance
My current rate is $140 per 50-minute session. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for those experiencing financial strain. I accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
I’m currently a private pay provider, but I do offer superbills that many clients submit for partial reimbursement if they have a PPO insurance plan. I’m also in the process of applying to insurance panels, and will update this page as soon as I’m in-network with any providers.
If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible to receive partial reimbursement for sessions. I’ll provide the documentation you need, and I’m happy to help you understand how it works.
